Product Details
TCM-S700 single shaft shredding machine is one model of TCM-S series recycling machine.It has 30kw motor power to make sure sherdding many materials like many types of plastic bottles, Aluminum cans,Paper,Wood, Sponge, foam and others. It is a good helper for recycling of waste.
After comminution by shredding machine, the size of the large plastic can be reduced by 30%, and some of the materials are even 50%. In fact, many of our plastics can be recycled and reused, such as polyethylene, polystyrene, nylon and so on. As long as we tore it into small enough particles, we can put it in the extruder to melt and then make use of it. But the key point is that the plastic garbage particles must be small enough, because the process before the extrusion of the granulation process is usually broken first. People are now living without plastic, and therefore produce large waste plastic, recycling of waste plastics is a big market. And the tearing machine is a good and practical helper for plastic recycling.
